Svojstvo i ovlaštenja turističke agencije
Polaris Yachting nastupa kao turistička agencija-posrednik između putnika i neovisnih pružatelja turističkih usluga, uključujući organizatore krstarenja, brodare, charter kompanije i druge pružatelje usluga.
Ako u konkretnoj ponudi ili potvrdi rezervacije nije izričito navedeno drukčije, Polaris Yachting nije organizator, vlasnik ni neposredni pružatelj ponuđenog krstarenja, chartera, izleta, prijevoza ili druge turističke usluge.
Ugovor o konkretnoj turističkoj usluzi sklapa se između gosta i pružatelja usluge navedenog u ponudi ili potvrdi rezervacije. Gost plaćanje obavlja izravno navedenom pružatelju usluge.
Polaris Yachting ovlašten je gostu pružiti informacije, proslijediti zahtjev za rezervaciju, provjeriti raspoloživost, posredovati u komunikaciji te dostaviti potvrdu i dokumentaciju dobivenu od pružatelja usluge.
Na svaku rezervaciju primjenjuju se posebni uvjeti plaćanja i otkazivanja objavljeni uz konkretnu ponudu ili dostavljeni gostu prije potvrde rezervacije.
Pisani prigovori
Korisnik usluge može podnijeti pisani prigovor:

- osobno u poslovnom prostoru tijekom objavljenog radnog vremena.
Polaris Yachting će bez odgađanja pisanim putem potvrditi primitak prigovora.
Na pisani prigovor odgovorit će se u pisanom obliku najkasnije u roku od 15 dana od dana njegova primitka, uz jasno očitovanje prihvaća li se njegova osnovanost.
Polaris Yachting vodi i čuva evidenciju pisanih prigovora najmanje godinu dana od dana njihova primitka.

Capacity and authority of the travel agency
Polaris Yachting acts as an intermediary travel agency between travellers and independent providers of tourism services, including cruise operators, shipowners, charter companies and other service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant offer or booking confirmation, Polaris Yachting is not the organiser, owner or direct provider of the offered cruise, charter, excursion, transfer or other tourism service.
The contract for the relevant tourism service is concluded between the customer and the Provider identified in the offer or booking confirmation. The customer makes all payments directly to that Provider.
Polaris Yachting is authorised to provide information, forward booking requests, check availability, facilitate communication and provide confirmations and documentation received from the Provider.
Each booking is subject to the specific payment and cancellation conditions published with the relevant offer or provided to the customer before the booking is confirmed.
Written complaints
A written complaint may be submitted:

- by post to Polaris Yachting, A. G. Matoša 1, 21314 Jesenice, Croatia;
- personally at the business premises during the published customer service hours.
Polaris Yachting will confirm receipt of a written complaint in writing without undue delay.
A written response will be provided no later than 15 days after receipt of the complaint, clearly stating whether the complaint is considered justified.
Polaris Yachting maintains records of written complaints for at least one year from the date of receipt.
